Val Hart

I’m Val Hart, and live in the Buckland Monachorum ward. There is always someone who should be there to make things happen, be there for others. Too often we want a change, or no change and after living in Devon for the last 10 years I decided that it was my turn to step forward and be involved with how this beautiful area is maintained and grows for all our futures. Coming from an Engineering background I hope to use these skills to benefit us all.
