Tuesday 23 January  2024 at 7.00pm at Clearbrook Community Hall for the purpose of transacting the business detailed below.

In accordance with The Public Bodies (Admissions to Meetings) Act 1960, members of the public and press are welcome to attend.

4. To consider and approve the minutes, of the following meeting:
   • The parish council meeting held on 19^th December 2023
   • The minutes of the planning meeting held on 10^th January 2024
   • The minutes of the finance meeting held on 10^th January 2024
5. To receive a report from the WDBC Cllrs for this ward (Cllr Cheadle & Cllr Cunningham)

Planning:

7. To consider the following planning applications.
   • 0015/24/HHO Householder application for erection of extension, increase front porch, replacement ground floor side roof, alterations to windows & doors. At Penrose, Crapstone, PL20 7PT
   • 0055/24/TPO G4 & G5: Copper Beech – x4 stems, crown and lateral reduction by up to 3.5m. Leave trees well balanced, maintain visual amenity and future health. At Ivy Cottage, Buckland Monachorum, PL20 7NL

Yelverton:

8. Grounds Maintenance – any comments or issues to raise.

Buckland/Cemetery  

9. Grounds maintenance – to note that the contract is currently advertised.
10. To consider the repair of the play park wall opposite Chapel Meadow.

Playparks and Recreational Ground.

11. Buckland Monachorum
12. Crapstone Playpark and recreational area update and an overview of the new play equipment.
    • To consider an application for Lottery Funding towards new equipment.
13. Update, concerning the repair to Crapstone Field.

Finance:

14. To agree the payments for January 2024 and note the receipts.
15. To note the monthly bank reconciliation.
16. To consider a precept request of £66320 for 2024/25 as recommended by the Finance Committee.
