You are summoned to attend a meeting of Buckland Monachorum Parish Council on tuesday 19th December 2023 at 7.00pm at Clearbrook Village Hall for the purpose of transacting the business detailed below.

In accordance with The Public Bodies (Admissions to Meetings) Act 1960, members of the public and press are welcome to attend.

Members of the public are invited to make representations in writing to their local Councillor OR the Clerk OR in person prior to the commencement of the meeting proper.

  1. Members present.
  3. Declaration of Interests.
  4. To consider and approve the minutes, of the following meeting:
    • The parish council meeting held on 28th November 2023
    • The minutes of the planning meeting held on 28th November 2023
  5. To receive a report from the WDBC Cllrs for this ward (Cllr Cheadle & Cllr Cunningham)
  6. To receive a report from the Devon County Councillor (Cllr Sanders)
  7. Buckland Monachorum Village Hall (BMVH) Centenary Revival Project (Cllr Burnie)

 

Yelverton

  1. To note that the damage to the roundabout following an accident has been reported to DCC Highways and also to Maristow Estates.

 

Buckland/Cemetery  

  1. Grounds maintenance – to agree the tender.
  2. To consider the quotes for the replacement fence adjoining the Green Burial Area.

 

Playparks and Recreational Ground.

  1. Buckland Monachorum.
  2. Crapstone Playpark and recreational area update.

 

Finance:

  1. To agree the payments for December 2023 and note the receipts.
  2. To note the monthly bank reconciliation.
